My first green smoothie! I was looking for existing recipes, but for each, I missed a couple of ingredients. So I decided to mix up what I found at home, and the result was a great success a great recipe.
- Wash fruits and vegetables and take out the middle from the apples
- If you have a blender or juicer, cut the ingredients into chunks and mix together in blender/juicer.
- If you have a hand blender and chopper, first in a food processor chop the ingredients (cut up into smaller pieces) one by one, and after that, all together mash stick blender.
- Add lemon juice to taste, dilute with water.
From this amount of ingredients, after adding water you have half a liter of healthy green smoothie.
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cucumber
- 3 leaf spinach
- a piece of ginger root
- 1 lemon (squeezed)
