My first green smoothie! I was looking for existing recipes, but for each, I missed a couple of ingredients. So I decided to mix up what I found at home, and the result was a great success a great recipe.

Preparation:

  1. Wash fruits and vegetables and take out the middle from the apples
  2. If you have a blender or juicer, cut the ingredients into chunks and mix together in blender/juicer.
  3. If you have a hand blender and chopper, first in a food processor chop the ingredients (cut up into smaller pieces) one by one, and after that, all together mash stick blender.
  4. Add lemon juice to taste, dilute with water.

From this amount of ingredients, after adding water you have half a liter of healthy green smoothie.

  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 3 leaf spinach
  • a piece of ginger root
  • 1 lemon (squeezed)
