* Cup blueberries
* 2 juicy oranges
* 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt (10% mw)
* 2 dcl oat milk (or any other milk)
* 1 tablespoon honey
Description of procedure: In a food processor or blender mix together all the ingredients – mix long enough, otherwise like to stay in a mixture of pieces of oranges.
Pour into a glass and garnish with a few blueberries and your fruit smoothie is ready. Other healthy smoothie recipes.
