Healthy and refreshments smoothie recipe. This recipe is really great and I recommend using it every day.
In a blender or appropriate narrower and deeper bowl put all the ingredients in the blender and mix or blend with stick blender. Pour into glasses and serve adequate fresh for breakfast or as desired.
The choice of fruit is at will but the banana is required because it gives a nice density and creaminess, my favorite is banana and raspberry. Yogurt can completely replace with (whey + youngest only clotted unsalted cheese old the most 3h) of course if you have opportunities and access to it. Preferably flax seeds grind yourself in the electrical electricave a much more intense aroma and flavor of those you can find in the market (milled flax).
- 200 ml yogurt optional
- 200 ml of a fresh whey
- 1 large banana
- If desired, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, strawberry, currant … (fresh or frozen)
- 4 teaspoons of ground flax seed
