If you are on a weight reduction program, skipping breakfast will only make you work harder. You don’t want to spend lunchtime as starved kitten, put everything in your mouth.
The good news – chocolate free to turn in their start to the day! Chocolate which contains magnesium will clear vague thoughts, and do you suffer from PMS, it makes no sense that you are denying the only reason for happiness, at 7 am.
Of course, chocolate has to be the best types, as dark as possible and not heavenly delicious, because after the second, third cubes should still stand.
For those who do not have anything against to be in the kitchen, here are some suggestions for a quick breakfast:
Scrambled eggs, whether of eggs, either tofu, always belong to the favorites. This is definitely a good option for one to two times a week, each time with another option – fresh vegetables, mushrooms, ketchup and chopped herbs. It can also squeeze between two slices of bread – very fine!
Macrobiotics already know the magic that brings warm soup served in the morning, with finely chopped vegetables or without. They will recommend you and a variety of spreads from locust beans, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and vegetable pate or shiitake mushrooms, tofu sandwiches whole wheat rolls with seitan, tofu or various vegetarian burgers.
Vegans are proposed pancakes from oat flakes, without milk and eggs. They can be baked the day before and fill various fillings: jam, cheese or steamed vegetables.
For days when you’re really in a jam or you are not to tamper with food – take the breakfast with you!
The weekly procurement part of the chair book for rolls of whole grains, yogurt bottles, juice, mini-packs of soy milk, bags of almonds, hazelnuts, raisins and, of course, fruit.

Maybe you and commuting applied next to any delicatessen but go out with a freshly prepared sandwich from which sources slices of tomato, lettuce leaves, gourmet cheeses … Choose!
Near the bakery, confectionery and the like try stretch step. Or at least to overcome the lowest passions and opt for whole grain bread.
Not sure? Oh, well, you know what: sugar, fat and protein will not do what you hope for. The energy that you give will be very short-lived, and you’re looking for a long-lasting solution.
